To help you when using this website we have collected together some of the most common questions we have been asked and published them here.   • What is the different between JustEat and ordering on the website?

    You can choose to order on either JustEat or the website. We offer the same great tasting food on both sites. If you do order direct on our site you can earn loyalty points and then save money on foture orders.

  • Do I need to have a PayPal account?

    No, our website uses PayPal to process on-line credit and debit card payments but you do not have to create a PayPal account. When you get to the PayPal screen just choose the open to pay with card and enter your card details.

    We have choosen to use PayPal because it's a secure and well known payment method.

  • How do I spend my loyalty points?

    You place your order as normal on the website, remembering to login. When you reach the check out an additional option will appear telling you how many loyalty points you have, the amount you can save with a check box to redeem your points.

    Simply tick this little box and your loyalty points will be used to reduce the amount due on your order.
